Our Women’s Self-Defense & Empowerment Class is designed to give you real-world skills in a safe, supportive environment — no martial arts experience required.
STEP 1:
We begin with 15 minutes of light movement and stretching to help you warm up the body
and get grounded. This intro phase helps you connect with your breath and balance — no pressure, just space to show up as you are.
STEP 2:
Next, we teach practical, easy-to-learn self-defense techniques:
How to break free from grabs and holds
How to strike powerfully with your hands, elbows, knees, and feet
How to use your voice and posture to de-escalate or defend yourself
These moves are carefully chosen to work for real women in real-world situations.
No flashy stuff — just practical tools you can use immediately.
STEP 3:
Practice techniques with a practical application segment
Practice what you’ve learned in real time with guidance
Apply techniques in roleplay-style drills
Build confidence by experiencing your own strength in action

We conclude with a cool down and a Q&A session. Get your questions answered by expert martial arts instructors.
