What is it all about?​

Our Women’s Self-Defense & Empowerment Class is designed to give you real-world skills in a safe, supportive environment — no martial arts experience required.


STEP 1:

We begin with 15 minutes of light movement and stretching to help you warm up the body
and get grounded. This intro phase helps you connect with your breath and balance — no pressure, just space to show up as you are.

STEP 2:

Next, we teach practical, easy-to-learn self-defense techniques:

  • How to break free from grabs and holds

  • How to strike powerfully with your hands, elbows, knees, and feet

  • How to use your voice and posture to de-escalate or defend yourself

These moves are carefully chosen to work for real women in real-world situations.

No flashy stuff — just practical tools you can use immediately.


STEP 3:

Practice techniques with a practical application segment

  • Practice what you’ve learned in real time with guidance

  • Apply techniques in roleplay-style drills

  • Build confidence by experiencing your own strength in action

  • This class is about more than just technique — it’s about feeling stronger, safer, and more in control of your own personal space.

STEP 4:

We conclude with a cool down and a Q&A session. Get your questions answered by expert martial arts instructors.

This seminar meets once a month on Saturdays at 1:00 PM — so you can
come back to review techniques, bring a friend, or keep building your
confidence with a supportive group.
